By downloading or using the NutriSync: GERD & Acid Reflux application, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
The Application does NOT provide professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All info, tools, charts, and guides provided by NutriSync are purely for educational and self-logging purposes. You must always consult a qualified doctor or healthcare practitioner before altering your diet, modifying medications, or making medical decisions.
Your reliance on any tracking data or suggestions generated by the app is solely at your own risk. The developer, KodeSehari, is not liable for any health issues arising from your use of the Application.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Application on compatible mobile devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not attempt to extract the source code, translate it, or make derivative versions of the Application.
Premium features (ad-free, history logs, etc.) are available via subscription packages managed through Google Play and RevenueCat. Payments are processed securely. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the billing period via your Google Account Settings.
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We make no warranties of any kind regarding its operation, accuracy of database logging, or availability of notifications reminders. To the extent permitted by law, KodeSehari will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from your use of the Application.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with standard laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
