Data Deletion Instructions

At NutriSync, we take your privacy seriously. The Application operates in an offline-first mode. All of your meal schedules, meal logs, and symptom tracking records are stored strictly locally on your mobile device inside the application's secure sandbox (SQLite database).

We do not collect, upload, or store any of your tracking data on remote servers or cloud accounts. Therefore, deleting your data is entirely under your control.

How to Delete Your Data

You can permanently delete all of your logging data and preferences using either of the following methods:

Method 1: Reset Data Inside Settings

  1. Open the NutriSync application.
  2. Tap the Settings (Icon) on the top-right corner of the Home Screen.
  3. Scroll down to the database management section and tap Hapus Semua Catatan / Reset All Records.
  4. Confirm your choice. This will immediately purge all SQLite databases and reset preferences to default.

Method 2: Clear Application Storage via Android System

  1. Go to your device's Settings.
  2. Navigate to Apps or Application Manager.
  3. Select NutriSync from the list.
  4. Tap on Storage.
  5. Tap Clear Data (or Clear Storage) and Clear Cache.
  6. This will instantly wipe the offline SQLite database files and local SharedPreferences.

Method 3: Uninstall the Application

Uninstalling the NutriSync application from your device will prompt the Android system to automatically delete the application's sandbox folder and all associated databases permanently.
